Open Settings → Graphics and choose AUTO or LOW. Close other apps, turn off Low Power Mode / Battery Saver if it's on, and let the device cool down. Updating to the latest game and OS version also helps.

Rewards are granted once the video finishes. If the video was closed early, failed to load or you lost connection, the reward may not be given. “VIDEO NOT READY” means no ad is available right now — try again in a little while on a stable connection. If you watched a full video and received nothing, send us a bug report with the time it happened.

In Settings → Aim Mode, pick AUTO (locks on), ASSISTED (helps your aim) or MANUAL (all you). Adjust the Aim Sensitivity slider to taste. You can replay the training run from Settings too.

Score sharing is off by default. Turn on SHARE SCORES WITH GAME SERVICE in Settings and sign in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android). Practice, training and revived runs don't count toward leaderboards. Scores are sent when you're online.

Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the game, clearing its data or switching to a new device starts a fresh save, and we can't restore it because we don't store your progress on our servers.

Check the Music, Sound Effects and Ambience sliders in Settings, your device volume and the silent switch / Do Not Disturb mode. If you're using Bluetooth headphones, reconnect them and restart the game.

Use Settings → PRIVACY OPTIONS in the game (shown where consent is required). On iPhone and iPad there's nothing to change: the game shows only non-personalised ads and doesn't track you. On Android, manage your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
